Evidence the Government Prop Up Psychology Isn't Constitutional

Our founding fathers when written the constitution in 1787, had little if any clue, government will someday be a

respecter of philosophy and especially psychology in the vast government university and education system, the impact, powerful overwhelming influence on society, government institutions and especially future elections.

Being the first government university institution wasn't established until 1801. All universities up until 1801 were of private citizenry. Yale, Princeton, many of religious grass roots, naturally of the people, by the people, for the people. A naturally, constitutional influence upon the people.
Being especially wasn't until around 1879, after all the founding fathers had died, the so called field of Psychology began in German universities, acclaimed by the so called intelligentsia as a so called science.

Which the evidence above, shows it to be fraudulent, having faddish and biased qualities, not able to replicate their findings.

Psychology began to take root and through the government respect in all it's institutions, unnaturally, unconstitutional overwhelmed through it's influence the delicate balance among the electorate vote. This had also occurred previously, for hundreds of years when the state had respected an establishment of religion. Government prop up in all the government institutions, in Europe. The State empowered the Catholic establishment, with the title the one and only true Christianity, over all others claiming Christianity in Europe, which caused great injustices and harm through out the land.

The same has happen in the 20th century the government institutions in the USA, has respected, prop up an establishment of philosophy and particularly a so called in name only scientific field of psychology. Gave psychology an equivalent title the one and only true “EXPERT in human behavior”, over all other human behavior groups. When the so called field of the Psychology is not a true science of laws, even casually spoke of, even by their own. Government psychology especially in the hundreds of campus universities spread out across the country, unconstitutionally promulgating an electorate to vote for it's dogmas and causes into government policy. Today, government universities are in every state in the U.S., some having several, their influence in society and votes is tremendous, overwhelming the the equilibrium in a fair contest, called an election, where power was invested by the founding fathers in the people, to naturally concur, and make policy through representation. Not by government taking sides in the matter, through respecting one particular group's members, causes and beliefs, by setting them up in Government institutions across the land.

“California has approximately 36 state universities, 110 community colleges.

2009 figures 1,676 state funded institutions of so called higher learning across the U.S. Average of 33 per state.

Government universities are as large cities of architectural grand design, as the temples of ancient Egypt, as multiple colossal mega churches on one campus, as multiple Vaticans across the nation, containing so called experts, as if priest in psychology and philosophy, costing trillions of tax dollars, to memorize, redirect and hold fast millions of particular young citizens mindsets, towards the dogmas and goals in philosophy and psychology. Due to the government unconstitutionally respecting psychology, government has established psycholgies teachings, beliefs as a religion in many of the people. The supreme court ruling, describes a secular religion as "sincere and meaningful belief which occupies in the life of its possessor a place parallel to that filled by God."

In the conscientious - objector case, the Supreme court defined a religious belief as a “sincere and meaningful belief which occupies in the life of its possessor a place parallel to that filled by God of those admittedly qualifying for exemption” The court later expanded the definition to include ethical and moral beliefs that assumed the function of a religion in the registrant’s life. - Hans Tirpak

“among religions in this country which do not teach…. A belief in the existence of God…[are] Buddhism, Ethical Culture, secular Humanism, and others.”

My contention, appeal is the so called field of psychology is an other, a secular religion, not a true science of laws.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

Therefore

Psychology has unconstitutionally been made into a state, national secular religion in the government institutions. Which this state, national secular religion violates, makes void the primary establishment clause in the constitution.

Which is used to intimidate people, from speaking out, seeking justice.
Where testimonial evidence is seemingly deemed to inconvenient to be read by a judge.
Where unconstitutionally forcing citizens before the court and government agencies, into psychology against their will.
Professors, teachers of psychology and philosophy have become as the nations priest to indoctrinate, dictate, program directly and indirectly their students (disciples), influencing unconstitutionally votes, causing the sensitive gage, the ballot box, elections to display faulty readings, especially the last forty to sixty years in America and democracies through out the world.

The title of expert in human behavior, in government institutions, has voided, canceled out the constitution's most acclaimed, primary proclamation. Particularly the spirit (mental disposition), principle behind the constitution's proclamation forbid government to respect an establishment. Be it religion or other form of human behavior group that takes the place of religion.

Based on these evidences, the lackawanna N.Y. court system, courts across the nation and all elections are undermined, by the unconstitutional government respect given to the establishment of psychology and philosophy. Causing great injustices across the land, greatly harming and in dangering love ones.
