Solomon Proverbs 5:15-23 (ASV) Drink waters out of thine own cistern,
And running waters out of thine own well. 16.) Should thy springs be
dispersed abroad, And streams of water in the streets? 17.) Let them
be for thyself alone, And not for strangers with thee. 18.) Let thy
fountain be blessed; And rejoice in the wife of thy youth. 19.) [As]
a loving hind and a pleasant doe, Let her breasts satisfy thee at all
times; And be thou ravished always with her love. 20.) For why
shouldest thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, And embrace
the bosom of a foreigner? 21.) For the ways of man are before the
eyes of Jehovah; And he maketh level all his paths. 22.) His own
iniquities shall take the wicked, And he shall be holden with the
cords of his sin. 23.) He shall die for lack of instruction; And in
the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.
Statement
"Jesus
proclaimed marriage occurs at only one moment, "One
Flesh", mutual consented sexual intercourse, known to others or
even unknown to others (proclaimed/implied in
Genesis, implied in
Moses’ law and stated, declared by Jesus). Consequently, the
imaginations of
man, his imagined precepts, his traditions, his thinking marriage
begins at a vow, oath, ceremony, or certificate, saying I do, and
imagining a covenant (so to be conveniently broken when desired), are
all in dire error. The Word shows statements in Genesis, Moses’
law, and particularly Jesus' words that the terminology “One Flesh”
and “Let Not Man Separate”, bounds the moment marriage occurs,
known or even unknown to others, and its permanency."

Lost
meaning of the word marriage:
How
did the true concepts, when marriage occurs and it's permanence,
became lost through the decades and centuries to most so called
Christianity and the world? It's earliest beginning, began when so
called forms of Christianity, left first the concept in the bible
(NEW TESTAMENT) a priesthood (spiritual) consist of all true
believers, meaning everyone who is a christian is refereed to as a
priest in the New testament.
Apostle
Peter's words
I
Peter 2:5 ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, to
be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices,
acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
I
Peter 2:9 But ye are a elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy
nation, a people for God`s own possession, that ye may show
forth the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his
marvellous light:
Soon
after the apostles died, a departing from the faith in a segment of
people had begun, prophesied by the apostle Paul.
Apostle
Paul's words I Timothy 4: 1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in
the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to
seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 Speaking lies in
hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3 Forbidding to marry, and
commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be
received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it
be received with thanksgiving: 5 For it is sanctified by the word of
God and prayer.
Manifested
in the so called
catholic church who went outside of New Testament teachings and
establish a literal priesthood,
that were
also forbidden to marry (had
two objectives, first to make people think wrongly they were somehow
more spiritual, but also to retain as much money for their higher
leaders, being wives wouldn't had to be cared for when the so called
priest died)
a power, prominence, riches grab by small group of men. Seek power,
control, riches, prominence to live as royalty in palace settings,
began to formulate tradition, mimic, duplicated old testament literal
rituals, such as a literal priesthood, cross them over without New
testament directive, authority for their so called church. Created a
centralize power in a few men, and kept their adherers sufficiently in
the dark, to think they
aren't suppose to read the bible, instead to follow many
meaningless, rituals, ceremonies for show, brought many over from the
old testament, and many made up, man's imagination.
The
departing from the faith, so called catholic
church, establish rituals, ceremonies, with regards to so called
marriage and many other areas, one particular went so far as to
exchange
the new testament taught baptism by water immersion, a New testament
directive for people who can
comprehend, have faith, repent, confess as candidates for true
baptism, to an unauthorized in name only so called baptism for
infants, for easy converting into the so called catholic church for
even more power, riches, easy manipulation.
The
literal priesthood established themselves as the only true
discerners, readers of the bible, went so far as to speak in an
uncommon language in their so called services. Where both as false
priest and even
more so their subordinates, laity were New testament ignorant of what
is truly only ask of them. Why, to keep their
adherents as ignorant of scripture as possible, so they wouldn't see
that they were being lied to, spiritually scamed, submitting to a
literal priesthood that
isn't supported in the New testament to submit oneself to.
The
New Testament teaches all believers were to be as priest (in the heart
and mind), particularly in regard to
being able to understand the bible, particular the New testament
themselves, through their own study, guided simple by
elders/overseers by New testament directive to have in each
congregation, among them to guide them in
their personal studies of the bible, particularly the New Testament.
The New Testament gave no order for the elder/overseers of these
congregation to organize, create a centralization, small group of men,
to rasied riches, and live in palace setttings, ruling from afar.
Instead the congregations were to be independent, to safeguard from
overlording, a few men seeking power, for riches, prominence, live
lavishly as kings.
There
was no centralize literal headquarters/authority set up as in the old
testament, in the New testament. Instead solely Jesus and his apostles
words, were as the
spiritual headquarter/authority, contained in the new testament, for
all believers as priest would go to and study, to guide themselves.
Began
another similar group literal priesthood in the 1500's in the church
of England, outside
the teachings of the new testament,.
Compared
to all true believers are a royal priest hood, that every believer
had the role and ability to read and understand, discern the bible as
their spiritual guidance, that continues to exist from the Day of
Pentecost to today in independent congregations, scattered through
out the world. Where in the early 1800's a great division occurred
among them in their history, between the correct purpose of baptism.
You can read further on my personal web site, regarding this moment of
time, and evidence presented to show the correct purpose of baptism.
The
so
called Catholic church, in their stranglehold and laws to retain more
power, riches, living lavishly and ruling as kings, force their
adherers to have their priest present at the so called marriage,
began
- In 1403, the
Bishop of
Magdeburg threatening to excommunicate those who married without clergy
in attendance.
- Council of
Trent in 1563
officially required that Catholic marriages be presided over by a
priest.
What
was
followed before concerning marriage, through out biblical times, both
old and New testament times and hundreds of years after ward by many
people? To arrive at the answer, a well known motto from the early
1800's helps to reveal the truth. The motto 'speak where the bible
speaks, silent where it is silent'. Even thou this isn't a scripture,
it helps to at least identify, find the truth, to first look if the
so called command, ritual, ceremony or tradition, was ever shown once
in the entire bible.
Another
reason this is so important is Jesus' primary command warning.
Mark
7: 6 and 7 (ASV) Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is
written, This people honoreth me with their lips, But their heart is
far from me. 7.) But in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their
doctrines the precepts of men.
Mark
7:13 (ASV) Making void the word of God by your tradition, which ye
have delivered: and many such like things ye do.
Apostle Paul wrote: I
Corinthians 3:19 (ASV) For the wisdom of this world is foolishness
with God. For it is written, He that taketh the wise in their
craftiness:
What
the
bible shows in regards to a marriage, is that during the marriage
feast, the groom and bide were brought to a private room for them to
become one flesh, mutual consented sexual intercourse, that’s all.
Nothing is ever said, written once about a ritual, saying
'I do', a covenant, a vow, absolutely nothing is said
about these throughout the bible.
If
there
is absolutely nothing said even once, then should you try to state or
require these are of the God, of the bible, most particularly of
Jesus? When fact the bible, God or Jesus never once stated,
established them?
You
then
should ask, who has establish them, the answer not from the bible,
God or Jesus but later from man, particularly so called forms of
Christianity, that establish literal priesthood, began to retain
power, prominence, riches for lavish living in palace settings and
control, started to establish rituals, ceremonies in a so called
marriage, without any biblical example, command. Where even other
forms of so called Christianity started to pick up on the culture,
influence.
Jesus
when spoke about marriage, began at the beginning of time, creation
and reaffirmed in a very simple logic when marriage occurs and it's
permanency, ending with a golden command, directive that is the
supreme law for all men. That was easily discernible for his hearers,
especially not hundreds of years later, their perceptions dulled by
teachings of non biblical rituals, ceremonies, tradition such as a
vow/actually an oath, that covered over, tarnished, made void Jesus
words.
In
Jesus
words, taught the ultimate understanding, practiced in biblical times
and even practiced hundreds of years afterward. Which is when a
marriage occurred at only one moment, Jesus stated in the terminology
' the
two shall become one flesh'
to mean 'mutual consented sexual intercourse'.
Matt
19: that he who made them from the beginning made them male
and female, 5 and said, For this cause shall a man leave his father
and mother, and shall cleave to his woman; and the two shall become
one flesh? 6 So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What
therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
Then
Jesus adds more words and repeats the terminology, states 'they
are no more two but one flesh' to mean a another sense, that the
man and woman are as if become the same person, one body in God's
eyes. Then comes the golden command for life, directive that is
supreme to hold the body as together as one, same person, joined by
God, the command, golden directive 'NOT LET MAN SEPARATE'.
This
golden directive, wisdom, is seemed ineffective to the wisdom of man,
the so called Catholic church and man started to add in their wisdom,
added a vow in their so called marriage ritual, ceremony, really fits
the description oath in the bible, which Jesus point blank forbids, says is of the evil, but in
man's
wisdom, that excuse themselves from Jesus especially primary
teachings, commands, in man's so called wisdom, thinks is wiser then
Jesus, wiser then God, man makes void Jesus words, that banned,
forbid oaths.
Jesus
words: Matt 5:33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them
of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto
the Lord thine oaths: 34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all;
neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: 35 Nor by the earth; for
it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the
great King. 36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou
canst not make one hair white or black. 37 But
let your speech be, Yes, yes; No, no: and whatsoever is more than
these is of the evil.
James
1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ. James 5:12
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by the heaven,
nor by the earth, nor by any other oath: but let your yea be yea, and
your nay, nay; that ye fall not under judgment.
The
last
few hundred years, through the so called literal priesthood, seeking
prominence, power, control, establish there ritual of marriage, using
an oath, and demanding by their religious laws a priest has to be
present.
Slowly
the practice of taking the bride and groom to a private room for them
to truly be married, become one flesh 'mutual consented sexual
intercourse' during the marriage feast and be seen as 'one flesh'
same person, same body, commanded by Jesus 'not let man separate',
was slowly exchange for a ritual of a so called vow really an oath,
violating Jesus' command not to make an oath.
Then
add
philosophy (love of wisdom of the world) that Paul the Apostle
warns against:
Colossians
2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit,
after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not
after Christ.
Add
philosophy a secular religion in the mix, where from time to time,
grows as a epidemic, as a wave of popular support, taught one
flesh 'mutual consent sexual intercourse' is merely nothing
when
known, nothing when unknown, combined with again the false
literal priesthood of the catholic church, began to call this
activity fornication, due to to false ritual of a vow is when marriage
occurs, soon adopted by other blind religious leaders
of other forms of so called Christianity, the completely opposite to
the bible, that view many of them as marriages, when marriage
occurs. Even when unknown (when both were free to marry, as to never
previously had enter by one flesh a marriage), is when a marriage
occurred, as found in Moses words and most importantly found in
Jesus' words. Which when the occurrence of one flesh 'Mutual
consented sexual intercourse' became known, initiated to officiate
them as married by Moses, and hundreds of years after biblical times,
such as
in shot gun weddings, to officiate in the eyes of the state the
marriage.
Then
the
last 130 years, came another secular religion on the scene, it's
origin from philosophy it's evil father, gave birth to
psychology/psychiatry, but now they used a front of phoney/junk
science, to sneak unconstitutionally in government, to attain
prominence, power, to unduly receive trillions of indirect and direct
funds, promience, to be place on a pedestal, soap box in all the
government agencies, violated the first amendment of the
constitution. In their unconstitutional powers they overwhelm,
marginalize, squash out the real voice of the people, by the people.
Philosophy/psychology/psychiatry
particularly were empowered the most in the many state universities,
colleges around 1600 campuses as liken to temples in the nation, that
through their indoctrination, of faddish, bias short term observation
of human behavior, clash with the Judea/christian heritage of the
nation. They indoctrinated, brain wash millions of youthful citizens,
which consequentially unconstitutional influence votes affecting
election results.
Where
now there were many less citizens that retained biblical
understandings taught them, as chartered guided stars, renown men of
wisdom their observations of human, animal, nature from particular
biblical ages, and the chartered shores of thousands of years of
history of human behavior, both recorded in biblical accounts to
guide their present day lives and to safe harbor. Where is taught
particularly marriage begins at one flesh mutual consented sexual
intercourse' known or even unknown to men, is when a marriage occurs
and is permanent.
The
unconstitutional secular religion philosophy/psychology/psychiatry,
became so powerful in government universities, in just a few decades,
through their doctrine that 'sexual
intercourse' when known is mere nothing, when unknown is nothing,
from their evil father Philosophy, as a fire rampage the nation, and
destroyed millions of marriages, and cause the a hideous consequence,
the murder, infanticide of 50,000,000 babies.
Where
today the biblical concepts of marriage, at the moment of one flesh
'mutual consented sexual intercourse' and another sense in the
terminology one flesh 'are as the same person, one body' commanded in
a golden directive 'NOT LET MAN SEPARATE' is so tarnished over by
man's traditions, non biblical ritual of vows, is barely visible, is
indiscernible by much of so called Christianity and the world, their
minds the rituals and vows are as darkness.
Which
much of so called Christianity today continues to hold with a tight
grip on to so called vows in a so called marriage, fit's the
description of an oath in the bible. Completely opposite, oppose to
Jesus proclaimed.
Jesus
words: Matt 5:37 But let your
speech be, Yes, yes; No, no: and whatsoever is more than these is of
the evil.
James
1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ. James 5:12
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by the heaven,
nor by the earth, nor by any other oath: but let your yea be yea, and
your nay, nay; that ye fall not under judgment.
- making void the word
of God
by your tradition
Jesus
will continue in Matt 19:9 to solidify the concept of permanence in
marriage, explained further along in the book/article, 'Jesus
Marriage Proclamation'
Purpose
of this book:
-
Give sight to the blind,
open
the eyes, set the ground rules as stated in the bible when marriage
occurs, at the moment of "one flesh", mutual consented sexual
intercourse, even when unknown to others and restore the concept of
marriage permanency.
-
Register marriages in
government, for order, peace, and end the premeditated murder of
killing babies by all one flesh unions (male and female).
-
Restore teenage youthful
couple marriages that
occurred at the moment of "one flesh" unknowing to others.
-
To show that marriage celebrations and a ceremony are
allowed
as long as there is no vowing, oath taking, because marriage is when
two become one/same person in the words "one flesh", mutual consented
sexual intercourse.
-
Perhaps this book would promote the practice as done in
the
bible and some indian tribes, practice by people still today, the bride
and groom will be led to a private room
where they become one flesh, then arrive at the celebration truly
married, "one flesh", as one/same person, not let man separate.
Proposal
"Young Couple Marriage Seven Year Law" for ages 12 to 18
years
of age only
My
proposal, as for the laws in regards to when marriage occurs, at
least with the young men and woman, particularly when both were
virgins from as early as 12 years of old to 18 years old, became one
flesh, mutual consented sexual intercourse, when found out, they must
be officially
recognized married. The government must make
it a law, as an example Moses made it a law recognized the young couple
as married.
I suggest at least by law recognized married and cannot remarry for
seven years. Cannot be forced to live with each other, even so, by
law be publicized in the local news paper that they are henceforth
married, and by law cannot marry officially another person for seven
years.
-
To allow peers who may have had a romantic interest with
one
of them, to know that they are now married and unavailable, so to allow
faster recovery of a broken heart, and can find someone they can marry.
-
To encourage other teenage couples to come forward to
register their marriage had occurred.
-
For after seven years
they can
remarry officially. Why? There will always be people who will not
submit to marriage for a lifetime, and as Moses allowed remarriage, not
that he was someway justifying the action, but understanding there are
many harden hearts that cannot ever be persuaded, that so, he allowed
remarriage, which I propose after seven years, then it's up to the
young couple to decide their paths. However to promote the general
welfare of the community, for seven years they must be given the best
environment, that their marriage will continue and flourish.
If
government
gives into a few disgruntled parents, not wanting their daughter or
son to marry someone due to financial reasons, opposite religious
feuds, racial prejudice, etc., and government not recognizing the
marriage had occurred at mutual consenting sexual intercourse and not
holding the couple accountable to each other, then the flood gates
are open and the end result is the current situation today; millions
of conceived babies that are slaughtered in premeditated, slow
torture, killing, murder, disguised by the label, abortion.
My
proposal, concerning marriages above 18 years old, would have all
government certificates add the phrase words:
"On
such and such a day, I (printed name, signature) hereby state, a
truthful witness, the joining of the flesh (mutual consented sexual
intercourse) had occurred with the person (printed name, signature),
declaring the moment of our marriage. I hereby understand any legal
policies that have financial gain will not be retroactive to the date
signed in this statement”. (Both signatures must be signed while
both present and in the presence of a government official, then
signed by the official's signature to be an official witness, and
then dated).
This
is a strictly voluntary statement only. However, if signed by both
parties, and signed by a government official, the moment of the
joining of the flesh is the day that began the marriage and it would
be at least recognized in a Court of Law (legal policies, financial
gain not retroactive).
Accountability
Young Men and Women
Written 1-12-93
A child between the ages of
eight year to
twelve years old cannot be
put in jail. Parents can in the rare circumstances can be put in jail
in place of the child.
A young man and woman can be
put in jail between the ages of twelve and
seventeen years old. Parents can be put in jail by encouraging through
verbal, example or neglect up to the remaining accountable percentage,
between the ages of twelve and seventeen.
A young man and woman at the
age of twelve years and on, can become a
lifetime married partner through unadulterated consenting sexual
intercourse. Young men and woman are more then fifty percent
responsible for their actions. Children between eight and twelve years
of age are not more then fifty percent responsible.
Parents who verbally encourage
young men and woman to marry at twelve
years and on, are not relieved of their parental duties.
Parents who force through
threats, physical harm, and punishment their
twelve year olds and older, for the specific purpose to marry another
person by sexual intercourse, will be convicted on the charge of rape,
the other person and the parent.
Seduction will be a crime.
Seduction in the third degree
will be when a person three years older
seduces a young man or woman, between the ages of twelve to seventeen.
The seducer can be sentence up to one year in jail.
● Seduction in the second
degree will be four years older. The seducer
can be sentence up to two years in jail.
● Seduction in the first
degree will be for five years or older. The
seducer can be sentence up to five years in jail.
However seduction, if it is
unadulterated and consenting by the young
man and woman is a lifetime marriage. (still doesn't relieve one of
criminal consequences)
(8-9-2011 the judge needs to weigh carefully each situation, to
determine if a marriage, and the husband
is showing responsible,
obligation in his love, adoration, care, making the marriage official,
there will be no criminal consequences, if however there is a lack of
these
actions is demonstrated by the husband, or if it is adulterated,
meaning the man is already married or polygamist, then their
must be criminal
consequences, and uniformly given across race, wealth or poor,
religion, etc.) but not exceeding five years for each individual person
involved with the max 20 years imprisonment.
(8-5-2011 I wrote
this
section "accountability young men and woman" to replace the idiotic
statutory rape laws that has absolutely no support in the bible, is
absolutely not rape, when their is consent. I gather the so called
statutory rape laws, which are a mash of laws, different form each
state, were made recently in law, is a power grab,
to make young men
and young woman out to be children, not responsible, obligated to their
actions, for if they are considered as
children, it
will continue the monopoly of the government school
teacher bureaucracy. They increase their numbers of teachers, when
decades ago increase the age from 16 years old to 18 years compulsory
schooling. This gave the larger bureaucracy a stronger hold,
monopoly of power, more
leverage, had more teachers in the government.
Add the recent addition, the
field of Psychology in the fray, you have
bloated big government, secular religion, the field of Psychology,
combined with a monopoly of so called teachers, working hand and hand,
dismantled through their brain washing through the decades, the
biblical understanding in the citizens who recognized marriage
occurred at the moment of one flesh, mutual consented sexual
intercourse taught from gensis, Moses and Jesus, supported in the
countryside in our age by shot gun maraiges.)
The
Author, Three to Five Years Old
When
around three to five years old, in the darkness of night, I was
laying on the lower bunk bed in my sister's bedroom, alone.
I looked down the rectangular darkened room near the entrance and
noticed two figures, as people. They were outlines of bright energy
slightly flowing out; the centers of them were dark. I became very
scared. I climbed up the ladder to the upper bunk bed, laid on my
back, and closed my eyes. Then opened my eyes and saw my older
sister's brightly lit up face, inches from my face, which startled
and scared me. I closed them again, then opened them, and saw the
darkness of the room. I wondered if they may have been angels because
it felt very real. I said to myself, “must of been a dream, but God
may be telling me something”.
Another day in my
sister’s
bedroom, I was lying on my side, on the upper bed. I observed across
the room, on the wall a ceramic plaque of Jesus with a flaming fire
heart and thorns. Beside on the same wall was a plastic cylinder for
saving quarter coins. Behind the cylinder at different levels were
drawings of what you could buy with the saved quarters. The top choice
was a vacation, which seemed you would arrive fast at the amount of
quarters needed to get to the top. I had hoped to have a flaming heart
as Jesus, that reaching vacation was like reaching heaven. Perhaps I
could reach there seemingly fast with the flaming heart.
1978,
12 years old
Hello,
my name is John Jerome Nowak. There are two primary questions that
sum up my life and quest.
At
12 years old, through a visual and immediate perceiving, I came to a
conclusion, and tried to live my life accordingly.
When
twelve years old, during lunch recess at school, I stood on the grass
facing about 30 ft away from a very large old sycamore tree. The
tree's trunk was about three to four feet in diameter. I recollected
from observing the world, and my older brother and his friends were
forever after the quest of having sexual relations. I began
to visualize within my mind for a brief moment, right of the large
tree, a youthful couple, as if floating, about three feet in the air.
I envisioned both male and female were
a
virgin, when had sexual
intercourse unknowingly to others. Feeling at first discomfort, then
immediately a sense of ease, comfort came over me. God had naturally
joined them together. God had bound them in a lifetime marriage.
I visulaized as if Catholic Priest were standing behind the large tree
as if upon the narrow and wide sidewalk connected, as if looking down
on me and looking down on God who sees men and woman in marriage.
As
I stood there, thought of another person who
wasn't a virgin due to sexual intercourse with one or more that
were already in their own lifetime marriages from having sexual
intercourse unknowingly to others. The person who's no longer a
virgin can't be bound to someone who's already in a lifetime
marriage, and is free to take one who isn't in a lifetime marriage
for their own lifetime marriage. Life
time marriages can't be dissolved by sex with another, but only by
physical death.
I
then imagined a man who left his lifetime marriage that was unknown
to others, and took another of someone else’s lifetime marriage. I
sensed discomfort that he was proud. God sees all things and will
hold him accountable.
Next,
I perceived lifetime marriages, even when occurred unknown to others,
when the male and female were equally virgins, had a lasting
remembrance of giving to each other their virginity. This remembrance
supplies
the greatest potential of devotion for each other for a lifetime, for
the greatest potential of contentment, peace and tranquility for the
largest number of people in the world.
In
contrast, I perceived the existing mentality in the world and in the
Roman Catholic Church, when particularly two virgins, male and
female, had sexual intercourse unknown to others, that if the
relationship broke off, were regarded as either not a big deal by the
world, or called a sin (fornication) by the Catholic teaching. To
conveniently leave each other in error, thinking they're doing the
will of God in leaving each other. I imagined the mentality of the
world and the Catholic doctrine were the underlying reason for the
great chaos happening in the world. I didn't linger on, especially
the latter thoughts, lest I be tempted and fall into such situations,
making it the more difficult at times to recall them, and because it
was part visual within and immediate perceiving, was besides,
difficult to ever express them.
I
then looked toward the left side, directly behind the sycamore tree,
at the narrow sidewalk beside a separate two story dark brick
building, was a convent for nuns. I pictured in my mind, a couple,
among others, on the narrow sidewalk, in their marriages like my
parents, thinking there were some differences between my parent's
relationship lasting, compared to this generation's relationships
failing.
Then I
stood to
the right of the large sycamore tree where I imagined the couple was
floating in a lifetime marriage by God. I looked forward a few feet
where the narrow sidewalk became broader, parallel up to the multiple
steel, windowless, closed, emergency doors on the back side of a
smaller section of the school. I focused on the doors, where
immediately inside, about ten feet, was the door to the girl’s
bathroom, and immediately to the left, the door to the boy’s
bathroom. The emergency doors were forbidden to be opened, to walk
outside. Only few dared to open. I sensed a strange feeling, as if it
was staged around me, perhaps by God, that there was some kind of
meaning to the doors that were only to be open for emergencies. In
later years the meaning came to me, that many lives, their sexual
past, must be open and talked about, to reveal if they are married in
God's eyes, to someone in their past.
Young lady's
ages, for
thousands of years, historical eligiblity for marriage
Young lady's ages 14 to 18, for
thousands of years, they were
regarded as eligible for marriage, and many had married this age
and even younger to 12 years old. Not that I approve (encourage) of
marriage at
such early ages especially 12, 13 , 14, 15, but they do occur in
God's
eyes for thousands of years. They
still occur to God's eyes today, and they still occur by law today in
the United States, when one is with child,
the courts will allow marriage, such as when they are very similar
age.
Young
ladies 16 to 17, they are in many states free to marry, with parents
permission.
Fact, throughout the world, a billion or more woman, marry before they
are 18 years old, living happy lives.
Many government workers today and yesterday had made trillions of
dollars off of young woman, detesting the
notion that some get married at 18 or younger. Hundred's of thousands
of
school teachers, school administrations of the states, federal school
administration, colleges, universities make large sums of money 40,000
to
over 200,000 a year off of their students who if these students were
married many
would not be in their classes. They receive large pensions,
costly medical and now even plastic surgery of all things, costing tax
payers millions
in only one city, Buffalo NY. State. Teachers get free plastic surgery
paid by tax payers,
the latest outrage against state teachers, recently in the head
lines.
Which many of their students
put off marriage by many years, naturally
can't contain them selves, being they are
chasing careers (especially young woman), turning them away from
marriage which would fulfill them sexually, as in other generations
before them. They are thought at their
schools to entertain notions of free love, such as it's only sex,
contrarily
actually a marriage in many cases. The unions are not officially
recognized as married, creating the false mental thinking no
responsibility, no obligation, many murder their babies
in
abortion.
This
is a endless cycle, that not to long ago wasn't in society, being more
of the natural, constitutional representation, was of the countryside
citizen's thinking, was prevalent in society, had a understanding,
marriage began at one flesh (mutual consenting sexual intercourse) read
in their bibles. They had shot gun weddings (not using a literal shot
gun
in most, if not 99 percent of cases), made these couples
to recognize the marriages that occurred at the moment of their joining
of the flesh unknown to others, when found out were forced officially
them to be married by the law, especially
resulting in taking care of babies. The babies were cared for, not
murdered as today reaching
the deplorable, disturbing height of over 50,000,000 citizens
slaughtered.
Where we reach today, the
false notions in urbanist thinking these were not marriages, but simply
sex, became more
unconstitutional prevalent especially
due to the decades of overwhelming unconstitutional
unnatural influence in society, by the so called field of Psychology
masquerading as a true science of laws for about 125 years, originating
from germany, unconstitutional receiving
trillions in indirect and direct funding from the government the last
80 years, overwhelmed the natural constitutional influence in society,
by the countryside citizens recognizing young marriage at the moment of
one flesh, shot gun weddings.
This ongoing unconstitutional debacle began 80 to 100 years ago, began
by facilitators,
instigators, leaders, as if priest in the false field of
psychology, lead young
men and woman
to no longer recognize when became one flesh (mutual consenting sexual
intercourse), as a marriage, doing treachery to their marriage
partners, leaving each other, where eventually the so called field of
Psychology entered government institutions. They began to teach their
doctrines in the schools and all government establishments, of simply
sex, not a marriage. Resulting in the great chaos we see today in
society, relationships are broken, increasing sexual perversion and the
murdering of innocent babies, 50,000,000 million and counting.
- The
false field of
Psychology
(not a true science, originating 1879 in Germany of all places, fits
the legal definition of a secular
religion, unconstitutional
funded indirectly and directly by the
government in the trillions of tax dollars (must be ended to
save our country) along with Philosophy.

- Linked,
unconstitutionally influencing millions of teachers and administrations
of the states schools, federal school

monopoly, allowing very little competition, dictating their form of

citizens, must be broken up to save our country.
- Combined all
public

the largest government created

common

elections.
Jesus
Christ's primary teaching warns that tradition becomes an obstacle to
God's will. Many so called christians lack this primary principle in
the hearts, instead they relish in religious tradtion, that makes void
the word of God.
- hypocrites
- honoreth me
with their lips
- their heart
is far from me
- in vain do
they worship me
- making void
the word of God by your tradition

Matthew

I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35.) For I came to set a

Fornication
meaning in biblical times
- Fornication
never in the bible defined premarital sex (oxymoron), between two
people who were free to marry.
- Moses
never called it fornication, or inferred it was evil, a sin when
found out, with a man and unbetrothed virgin woman, became one
flesh (mutual consented sexual intercourse), unknowingly to others.
Instead Moses wrote a Law:
Exodus
22:16 (KJV) And if a man entice
a maid that is not
betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely
endow her to be his woman. 17 If her father utterly refuse to give her
unto him, he shall pay
money according to the dowry of virgins.
Entice = Strong's
concordance a primitive root; to open, i.e. be
(causatively, make) roomy; usually figuratively (in a mental or moral
sense) to be (causatively, make) simple or (in a sinister way)
delude:--allure, deceive, enlarge, entice, flatter, persuade, silly
(one).
Moses wrote, surely (had to)
endow her to
be his woman. The endow custom, formality didn't make
her his woman in God's eyes, they were already married in God's
eyes at the
moment they became one flesh, mutual consented sexual intercourse when
unknown to others. The endow
custom, tradition, formality was an ingrain expectation
among the people, that men
had learn to expect in early biblical times. The marriage to be
formally recognized according to custom, to keep the peace in regards
to
customs, the custom dowry would be paid, fulfill formality.
Moses
made sure the custom dowry will be paid, so not to lose the people over
grumbling, over lost money, civil unrest. Remember their were
many harden hearts, were only concern over money as in every race of
people, nationality, as also in Israel
who would use any chance they have to remove Moses from ruling. The
more
enlighten gentle hearted Israelites knowing God's ways, not lovers of
money, wouldn't of seen Moses saying
marriage begins at a payment of money, but rather seeing Moses
protecting the peace in a highly charge emotional atmosphere
surrounding such happenings. The ones who were not more enlightened,
the harden hearts of Israel would of seen at least the custom of dowry,
money was paid, so as to offset the great disappointment perhaps a
daughter of them marrying someone they weren't pleased, keeping them
from
causing civil unrest, rising up, removing Moses from ruling.
When
a man laid with a woman unknowingly to others, is found out, one
will make a grave error not realizing the woman in many cases had a
baby nine months later. Today millions of these babies are murdered,
due to
the consequences of the free love generation, in abortion
50,000,000
deaths
and counting, or if she had the baby, was she to become a working
single mom 3,300 years ago, in early biblical times? They made them
remain together especially
for the babies that would be born in such circumstances to be cared for
by two parents, and for the young mother to have a husband to provide
for her, besides recognizing marriage began at the moment of mutual one
flesh, sexual intercourse only.
This is the principle and reason why I propose the law, to hold young
couples in their teens who have entered into mutual consented sexual
intercourse, to hold them accountable, by a law, as Moses by a law to
fulfill the formalities of marriage. I propose the young couple to be
officially recognized
as married for at least seven years, to protect and give the young
couple the best
possibility of remaining in the marriage, and for the child to be born
instead of murdered, to have two parents, for greater peace in society.
Moses
added more weight and in some regards amended, clarified miss
intentions in Exodus
22:16-17 by writing Deuteronomy 22:28.
Deuteronomy
22:28 (KJV) If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not
betrothed, and lay hold (Strongs
Concordance 8610,a primitive root; to manipulate) on her, and lie
with her, and they be found; 29. Then the man that lay with her shall
give unto the damsel's (young woman) father fifty shekels of silver,
and she shall be his woman; because he hath humbled (Strong’s
Concordance 3061) her, he may not put her away all his days.
Hold
= Strongs Concordance 8610 = a primitive root; to manipulate
The
word "hold" used in Deuteronomy 22:28, has similar equivalent in Greek,
where also is the word usage manipulate, handle, for example to
manipulate, handle an instrument, by
your
hands to make sound, or
manipulate,
handle a corn cob, by your hands to remove the kernels, or the
manipulate, handle the shovel, by your hands to dig.
Moses
first used "entice" meaning flattery in Exodus 22:16-17,
then Moses uses the word "hold" means to manipulate,
handled her with passion (without words),
solely by feel, touch, until she responds, she mutually consents
silently by returning affection to the man, giving herself over into
one flesh, sexual intercourse.
You
can over lay Deuteronomy 22:28 on top of Exodus 22: 16-17, Moses
clarified, further revealed to the very edge of real life happenings,
why? A man's life is at stake. Moses going from the word
"entice" to the situation to "lay hold", manipulated, handled the young
virgin passionately, until she gives
herself over to him into one flesh, sexual intercourse. Moses
went further to cover such situations, so a young lady couldn't
wiggle herself out of what had occurred, falsely testifying, when the
man's life is at stake. Then Moses clarified another of his
intentions that he had in Exodus 22:16-17. less anyone mistaken his
intentions. Moses had allowed a sub standard endow of her before
(perhaps also the people being poorer at the time), and
started if her father utterly refuses to give her to him, he must pay
the full dowry, many mistakenly think with the words the father utter
refuses, that the two can go their separate ways, wrong. Moses was
only referring to the debate of amount of dowry the father utterly
refuses to give her to him, the father could be strident and refuse
especially if the the amount was very little,
where then Moses had written he had to give the full dowry, it was so
understood that it wasn't necessary to write they were then
to be united. Moses in writing Deuteronomy 22:28 clarifies his
original intention Exodus
22:16-17, in
writing
Deuteronomy 22:28 by
amending, less anyone thinks less, as if they could go their separate
ways. First Moses stating no longer can a substandard amount be
offered, in essence part of Exodus 22:16-17 is
voided out, in reguards to a lower dowry amount offered, the full
dowry amount
must be paid, no mention of father utterly refuses now, only
that Moses continues writes, showing the expectation unsaid in Exodus
22: 16-17 was all the time to be and forevermore not doubted in
Deuteronomy 22:28 "he may not put her
away the rest of his
days".
- Hold,
manipulate,
control by the hands in a skillful manor, carrassing the woman to
become one flesh, have sexual
intercourse.
- Change
the price,
no longer can the man who laid with the young woman
unknowingly to others, when found out, offer a substandard amount. He
must pay the full amount at the start. Where before the father of the
daughter can refuse the low substandard offer. If refused he had to pay
full amount, and she was his woman.
While
Jesus was walking and preaching, this was the frame of mind, mind set,
the spirit, mental disposition of Jesus and the people. Jesus validates
this
mind set, commands the primary part of this law, which is:
“they
twain (two) shall be one flesh (sexual intercourse)? Wherefore they
are no more twain (two), but one flesh (same flesh since sexual
intercourse, as one and the same person now in God's eyes). What
therefore God hath joined together, let not man
put asunder” (separate). Matthew 19:6 (KJV).
Jesus
when setting up his spiritual kingdom's laws on earth, the church, does
not
command, state anything as to
the custom, tradition of dowry (money paid)
or any other moment or action required, but only states at the moment,
action of one flesh (mutual
consented
sexual intercourse), let not man
separate, for his kingdom, the church.
Fornication
is a broader meaning terminology that can be compared to similar words
we use
today, such as the phrase sexual immorality, as in adultery,
prostitution, incest
(suggesting also homosexuality and bestiality) in one word.
Or the broader meaning word perverted we may used today; if used in
biblcal times meaning anything sexually, particularly anything sexually
outside the teachings of the
ancient nation of Israel.
Fornication
= Strong’s Concordance 4202; harlotry (prostitution)
adultery and incest.
-
The
modern
day definition of the word fornication you find in
the dictionary has a usage of premarital sex, is not the defined usage
of
the word as used in biblical
times, as
defined by
God, as defined by Moses, as defined by Jesus, as
defined by his Apostles.
-
This can not be stated
enough, 2,000 years later man,
especially religious groups through
various influences, factors have made void the word of God, to teach a
tradition made up from thin air when marriage occurs in men's eyes,
according to men's wisdom
at a so called vow, in actuality is an oath between two parties
swearing, by using or implying God, at an alter, to each other, fitting
the description of oaths contained
through out the bible and particularly in the old testament.
Another of
Jesus's primary commands is the forbidance of men to swear an oath. Jesus’
Commandment
Swear not
at all.
Jesus
words: Matt 5:33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of
old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the
Lord thine oaths: 34 But I say unto
you, Swear not at all; neither by
heaven; for it is God's throne: 35 Nor by the earth; for it is his
footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make
one hair white or black. 37 But let your speech be,
Yes, yes; No, no:
and whatsoever is more than these is of the evil.
James
1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ. James 5:12
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by the heaven,
nor by the earth, nor by any other oath: but let your yea be yea, and
your nay, nay; that ye fall not under judgment.
- In any regard, as to an
oath
or vow,
never is an
oath or even vow ever once recorded in regard to marriage occurs in the
bible. It's merely a tradition, from thin air, where Jesus describes
men who use such traditions and parade them as of God, are hypocrites,
merely honor him with their lips, two
parties swearing, by using or implying God, at an alter, to each other,
fitting the description of oaths,
their heart is far from God, in
vain do they worship God, making void the word of God by their
tradition, referred to as the wisdom of the world as foolishness with
God. Jesus stated God will take the wise in their craftiness.
- Man
in his wisdom, foolishness has placed higher man's word, in a vow
really
an oath
in practice higher as more authoritative, more stronger, then the
word of God "LET NOT MAN SEPARATE".
1
Corth 3:19 (KJV) For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.
For it is written, He takes the wise in their own craftiness.
In
the situation of rape, there is no mutual consent and means it is not
a marriage.
Deuteronomy
22:25-27 (KJV) But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and
the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with
her shall die. 26.) But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there
is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth
against his neighbor, and slayeth him, even so is this matter: 27.)
For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and
there was none to save her.
Finally
some last thoughts the verse above, speaks of rape. Moses used a
precise
Hebrew word means "forced" to identify the situation of rape. Moses
only
wrote a law of a betrothed woman was raped. Moses didn't write a law
specifying a widowed or married or a virgin not betrothed was raped, or
attempted rape. I gather the above law Deuteronomy
22:25-27 was dealing with a more difficult case the expectations of
custom of betrothed, but also be some guideance to deal with rapist of
any type of
woman, a widow, married woman or virgin not betrothed, some
laws didn't need to be written down, they were so universally
understood in the hearts and minds of men, even before any laws of
Moses was given, that either of these situations had occurred, would of
received death by the judges for the rapist. There
is another reason that crosses my mind, the law was weak in that,
describing most types of sin, in this in itself makes known evil to
man, and being man is weak in the flesh (especially before Christ
knowledge how to deal with sin), tempts him, described by Paul
in the book of romans. So every vile form of sin, wasn't written done
if not necessary, enough laws were written that other vile wrongs
not clearly written, were understood enough by the laws written, to
judge every matter appropriately.
With
all
that said, the primary part of the Moses law, removing all the
traditions, customs of men, as in the beginning of genesis, men and
woman first were recognized as married at simply the moment of one
flesh, simple mutual consented sexual intercourse, then later developed
customs and traditions, began to be integrated, expectations. When
Jesus arrives, he removes the customs and traditions, and states the
original moment of being married in God's eyes. Jesus declares at the
moment of one flesh, mutual consented sexual intercourse are married,
and declares command "Not let man
separate" are the words, golden proclamation that binds the
couple forever, until death.
Tokens
of
her virginity, a testament to virginity
-
In
the
old Testament, the
day of
the marriage, the groom went in unto his bride, they became "one flesh"
the brides blood on
the bed sheet was proof of
her virginity, was refereed
to as the tokens of her virginity. The tokens of her virginity was a
testament kept by her parents,
to prove to any and all, even if perhaps her husband came back saying
evil of her, trying to send her away saying she wasn't a virgin, when
he
went in unto her. Tokens of virginity, is a viable practice use by some
today. I use this to show, Moses and Israel, the people
assured virginity in their daughters, being marriage began at the
moment of "one flesh",
mutual consenting sexual intercourse, not at any other moment.
- Some
will say the
law already recognized common law marriages.
Actually common law marriages refer to
cohabitation combined with they presented themselves to
others as married, for them who
wish themselves to be seen
as married, the law recognizes in
a few
states (USA) and countries, to officially be recorded as married.
- Some
will counter again and
say the law recognizes, when fulfilling all legal formalities of
marriage, and the two never became one flesh, mutual consented sexual
intercourse afterwards, in the terminology "consummate", the couple can
get the marriage dissolved. The law here is only
those who had fulfill formalities of government regarding
marriage, the law in a major fault (without
any regard to either fulfilling formalities of government or
cohabitation/presenting themselves as married)
does
not recognize marriage
before
formalities of marriages, particularly the marriage occurring at the
moment of one flesh, mutual consented sexual intercourse.
- Shot gun
weddings,
played the largest
part in the
people, where the government has totally failed, in keeping the
principle marriage occurs at only one moment, one
flesh (mutual consented sexual intercourse) alive to this day,
particularly among their young daughters and sons, teenagers.
- The
moment of one flesh
(mutual consented sexual intercourse) even when not know to any
others, is when marriage occurs, is a primary principle, golden
principle in the bible
proclaimed/implied in genesis, implied in Moses laws, and declared,
proclaimed by Jesus of Nazareth, for thousands of years, hundreds of
generations testify against so called priest (Catholic) and governments
who stand in the way of the concept of "one flesh" being taught
is the moment of marriage, and registering particularly young couple
marriages, when "one flesh" had occurred unknown to others:
- In
1403 the the so called Bishop of Magdeburg threatened to excommunicate
those who
married without clergy in attendance. The
so called priest (Catholic) in 1545-1563 AD
officially required that Catholic marriages be
presided over by a priest, used marriage laws as a power grab, to
gather
control, influence, resulting in dishonest money.
- The secular
governments in
later years continued where the so called priest (Catholic) left
off, a power grab, gather
control, influence, resulting in dishonest money.
- Today
government
bureaucrats by the millions gather
control, influence, resulting in dishonest money, beginning
by psychologist regarded/favored/funded (unconstitutional) as experts (also unconstitutional as
priest) of
the state, program indirectly and directly hundreds of thousands of
teachers from grammar to universities paid by the state, indoctrinated
millions of students, councilmen,
mayors, congressmen, senators, judges, presidents and the media have
all
savagely
attack, done everything imaginable to destroy youthful marriages as the scourge of the land, when occurred by one flesh, mutual
consented sexual intercourse, unknown to others. Contrary in other
generations and for thousands of years, by the bible and by shot gun
weddings, the young couple would be regarded, forced to remain
together, as married, helped by their families along the way of life.
Foundation
must be laid, to understand Jesus' teachings on marriage.
What
it all boils down to, is today's frame of mind, mindset of marriage
begins at an
oath or vow, a covenant, is totally false. It is a total
fabrication of man from thin air, making void the word of God by a
tradition. Not
once is it mentioned in the entire bible. You may ask where did this
total fabrication come from?
The answer is from an
unauthorized
creation of a literal priesthood, transferred from the Old Testament,
to the New Testament, created another literal priesthood, without New
Testament
authority. The unauthorized literal priesthood used their newly
created moment that they determined, from thin air, when marriage
occurs, to gather control, power, and wealth, having their listeners
coming to them to authorize their marriages.
If you or anyone goes
back to
Jesus’ words, teachings, you will
find his statements, terminology, phraseology said by Jesus in the
words "ONE FLESH". The words "ONE FLESH" were
used twice by Jesus, to state first the absolute moment
when marriage occurs, and secondly it's permanency.
First
time Jesus uses the terminology "ONE FLESH" in his spirit,
mindset, he affirmed the moment marriage begins, as the moment mans
anatomy connects with a woman's anatomy, in other words, mutual
consenting sexual intercourse. The words "ONE FLESH" was
their way two thousand years ago of defining this occurrence. God
being involved, he created them male and female, where he has placed
every individual soul upon the earth at a particular time, for the
coming together of male and female, even when unknown to all others,
is of Him.
Then
Jesus repeats the terminology "ONE FLESH". This is to
reveal another spirit of his, mindset, thinking, that the two
individuals, when becoming one flesh, have entered into a state of
permanency, being seen as one person, one body, even when not in the
moment of the connection of the anatomy, mutual consenting sexual
intercourse. Meaning they are forever seen by God as one person, from
the moment of mutual consented sexual intercourse, they are one body,
and the husband being the head of that one body.
This
is where Jesus concludes a direct command to all people that must not
be violated.
This command is "NOT LET MAN SEPARATE".
This
is the golden command and the golden primary principles of when
marriage occurs, and its permanency, that people must relearn and be
retrained to think. The word "NOT LET MAN SEPARATE" of God, primary, golden
command is stronger then any man made imagine tradition such as an oath
or vow.
Any man or woman that begins, continues,
contributes to the separation of the one flesh, violates the command "NOT LET MAN SEPARATE" is in violation of
Jesus' direct command and is in sin.
With
these primary teachings of Jesus, you can go on to further teachings
of Jesus on marriage, to understand his spirit, mindset.
Discourse
I: Five Spirits (mental dispositions, psychologies) of Jesus
To
understand Jesus' spirit (mental dispositions, particular thinking,
mind makeup), we must imagine ourselves having the same
thinking/mindset, as two thousand years ago. The five statements
below are the key spiritual discernment's of Jesus.
-
Jesus
points out that husbands when put away their wives not for fornication,
it causes (due to her dire hardship, cannot provide for herself) her to
commit adultery, and whoever marries her in this state also commits
adultery.
-
Jesus
begins another discourse with the terminology "one flesh", to describe
when marriage occurs at the moment of mutual consenting sexual
intercourse.
-
Jesus
says a second time "one flesh", to mean the two are seen by God as if a
continual one body, one person, and commands a primary teaching, "let
not man separate".
-
Jesus
will continue the spirit (mental disposition), one flesh, continually
one body, one person, that when a husband puts away a wife, not for
fornication, not only causes his wife to commit adultery, in addition,
the husband also commits adultery, (be it indirectly), through his
wife's body. For they are as a continual one flesh, one body, one
person to God.
-
Jesus across the board,
removes from the table, marries another. Marries another, commits
adultery.
Discourse
II: Challenge Marriage is a covenant (is a tradition, myth of man)
Can
you find a direct statement in the bible, stating marriage is a
covenant? Can you find an indirect statement, marriage is a covenant?
The answer is "NO".
-
Fact;
you will not find a direct statement stating marriage is a covenant.
-
Indirect statements, you
will
find only supposed inferences of the vaguest kind, that someone
assumes, and will not pass careful analysis.
Careful
Analysis
We
will need to give careful analysis at the seemingly indirect
statement, inference of the vaguest kind, paraded out by many so
called religious people, especially on web sites. We must first read
the previous verses to discern the spirit (mental disposition) behind
the words.
Mal
2:8
(KJV) But
ye are departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble at the
law; ye have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith the LORD of hosts
Mal
2:10 (KJV) Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us?
why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by
profaning the covenant of our fathers?
Mal
2:11-16 (KJV) Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is
committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the
holiness of the LORD which he loved , and hath married the daughter
of a strange god. 12.) The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this,
the master and the scholar , out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him
that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts. 13.) And this have
ye done again, covering the altar of the LORD with tears, with
weeping, and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the
offering any more, or receiveth it with good will at your hand. 14.)
Yet ye say , Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between
thee and the wife of thy youth, against
whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and
the wife of
thy covenant.
15.) And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit.
And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take
heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife
of his youth.16.) For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he
hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment,
saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye
deal not treacherously.
-
Mal
2:14
is trying to reason with Juduh to repent, reasoning to Judah, isn't she
thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant, meaning Judah has a
covenant (the old covenant from his Fathers) with God, and their woman
are rightful wives belonging to the old covenant of the Fathers. This
is not inferring there is a covenant made in a marriage ceremony.
-
Many who see the word
covenant, immediately give themselves over to a knee jerk face value
assumption, instead of looking for the spirit (mental disposition)
behind the words. An inference of the most vague kind, without looking
for supporting evidence in the surrounding verses, combined with not
one example in the entire bible, where in a marriage ceremony ever
speaks of a vow, oath, covenant involved. Not once. We find complete
silence, a dead end, absolutely no biblical support. The silence is
deafening, but still men persist as if they are speaking on behalf of
God. Why? I imagine some due to ignorance and some described below.
John
3:20 and 21 (ASV) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, and
cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved. 21.) But
he that doeth the truth cometh to the light, that his works may be
made manifest, that they have been wrought in God.
-
It is interesting to note
the
above verses are speaking of so called religious people, "the treachery
to your woman of youth" which is a similar situation we have today.
Many religious and non religious became one flesh when in youth, their
first time and their partners first time, unknown to others, but due to
so called religious influence and worldly influence, called it a sin
(fornication), without biblical support, or called it a one night
stand, either way (left the other), they did treachery to their woman
or their man. Where in Jesus' day when one flesh (mutual consented
sexual intercourse) became known, they would of been recognized as one
flesh (as one person, same person), not called a sin, never called once
fornication, consequently commanded by Moses’ Law, kept together for
the rest of their days, showing by implication they are married.
Confirmed and proclaimed by Jesus stating at "one flesh", "let not man
separate".
Genesis,
Creation, Moses’ Law
The
Word of God is spiritual (logical consisting of many analogies,
particular thinking, lines of thought, linked thought by thought
with the author's intent behind the written words).
Genesis
2:24 (ASV) Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and
shall cleave unto his woman: and they shall become one flesh (mutual
consented sexual intercourse).
Deuteronomy
22:28 and 29 (ASV) If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is
not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be
found; 29.) Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the
damsel's (young woman's) father fifty shekels of silver, and she
shall be his woman, because he hath humbled her, he may not put her
away all his days.
Book
of Matthew: Her Man Caused Adultery
Matthew
5:31 and 32 (KJV) It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his
wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: 32.) But I say unto
you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of
fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall
marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
In
Matthew 5:30-32 Jesus in his first discourse on marriage begins with
concerning Moses law on divorcing and marrying another, interestingly
chosen and pointed out the dire plight of dismissing wives, with His
disciples. Jesus spoke about how a husband in dismissing his woman,
apart from the matter of fornication, (due to the general population
of wives in Jesus' time, they had very little means to support
themselves) causes them to marry another, committing adultery. Jesus
says her husband causes adultery and then says she commits adultery
even though she is in hardship, a dire situation, and was pushed into
adultery. Her dire situation does not relieve her of the sin. Jesus
says whoever marries her, commits adultery. This shows even the new
man who thinks he shows pity on her and marries her, is in adultery.
-
Her
man
caused adultery in her
-
Woman

-
Her new man commits
adultery
- Jesus proclaims a woman's
dire
hardship does not relieve her of sin.
- We will see a spirit
(mental
disposition) line of thought that the evidence shows a woman is bound
to her man as long as he lives.
Romans
7:1-3 (KJV) Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the
law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?
2.) For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her
husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is
loosed from the law of her husband. 3.) So then if, while her husband
liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an
adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so
that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.

the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: 11 But and if she

Corinthians 7:39 (KJV) The wife is bound by the law as long as her
husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be
married to whom she will; only in the Lord.
1
Timothy 5:9 (KJV) Let not a widow be taken into the number under
threescore years old (sixty years of age), having been the wife of
one man,
The
evidence in 1 Tim 5:9, is of the spirit (mental disposition) carried
out to its fullest. There is no allowance for woman to marry another
due to the cause of fornication. She is only to be put on the list of
widows, if having been a woman of one man. The list was so the church
as a whole would provide for them in various ways when they have no
relatives to provide for them, a form of social security for the
aged. If it was allowed for her to leave a husband, as some assume
today for the cause of fornication, to marry another, words would of
been written to cover this situation. They are not written, because
this situation wasn't allowed, to be a woman of more than one man.
This additional evidence combined with all the other evidence in the
previous verses, to the intent, spirit (mental disposition) behind
the words.
The same book of
Matthew, Jesus continues a second discussion on marriage with the
Pharisees in Matt 19, with the disciples listening. The Pharisees
notice Jesus is in the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan, a distant
land, where the ideas of marriage are more contentious than nearer to
Jerusalem. The Pharisees tried to tempt Jesus, asking of Him, can we
put away the woman for every cause?
Matt
19:3 (KJV) The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying
unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every
cause?
One
Flesh (Mutual Consented Sexual Intercourse) Beginning, Moment of
Marriage in God's Eyes
Matt
19:4-5 (KJV) And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read ,
that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5.) And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and
shall cleave to his wife (actual word is woman, there is no word used
in biblical times that signified marriage status): and they twain
(two) shall be one flesh (mutual consented sexual intercourse)?
Jesus
proclaims God created male and female in the beginning for the
purpose, the reason why, so they will leave their parents and cleave
to each other and become one flesh (mutual consented sexual
intercourse). The words "one flesh" had two distinct
intentions used by Jesus. The first use will be the most direct way,
terminology used 2000 years ago of how sexual intercourse was said
(the words sexual intercourse is a rather new terminology, not used
in bible times). Jesus confirms the principle at the beginning, in
Genesis, and also in Moses’ law, as recognizing one flesh (mutual
consenting sexual intercourse) as the moment when to let not man
separate.
-
One flesh = Mutual
consented
sexual intercourse = Beginning, moment of marriage in God's eyes
Matt
5:33-36 (KJV) Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of
old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the
Lord thine oaths: 34.) But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither
by heaven; for it is God's throne: 35.) Nor by the earth; for it is
his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great
King. 36.) Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst
not make one hair white or black.
Matt
5:37 (ASV) But let your speech be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: and whatsoever
is more than these is of the evil one.
James
5:12 (ASV) But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by
the heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath: but let your yea
be yea, and your nay, nay; that ye fall not under judgment.
One
Flesh (Same Flesh, One Body as One Person) Therefore Let Not Man
Separate
Matt
19:6 (KJV) Wherefore they are no more twain (two), but one flesh
(same flesh, one body, same person, one person, since sexual
intercourse) What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put
asunder (separate).
The
second use of the terminology "one flesh" by Jesus is most
significant. It's likened to an imaginary title over the two,
perceiving the two are seen by God as one body, same person, one
person, instead of two, beginning at the moment of mutual consented
sexual intercourse; therefore, it sets in motion the law, decree,
golden command 'let not man separate". Jesus sets up the golden
command for His Kingdom, the church.
-
One flesh = Same flesh,
one
body, same person, since sexual intercourse, God hath joined together.
-
Therefore "LET NOT MAN
SEPARATE"
This
principle of one flesh, seen as one body, same person, one person is
also shown in the Old Testament.
Leviticus
18:8 (KJV) The nakedness of thy father's wife shalt thou not uncover:
it is thy father's nakedness.
-
Jesus confirms marriage
is
instituted at the beginning of creation by God for all man, religious
and non- religious, and mutual consent is the joining of the flesh. At
that moment marriage occurs, and consequently they are seen by God as
one flesh (same flesh since sexual intercourse), one body, same person,
one person.
-
Jesus
does not begin or anywhere point to a vow, oath or covenant. Instead He
begins, points, sets the beginning, the foundation of marriage, with
"one flesh", mutual consented sexual intercourse.
-
Many today in reading the
words of Jesus, immediately succumb to their blind assumptions from
centuries of blind thinking of so called religious and non religious
people. They taught marriage begins at some form of religious or
worldly ceremony, assuming that there must be a covenant, combined with
in Matt 19:4-5 the word "woman" mistranslated into the word "wife" (not
used in biblical times) falsely at times showing marriage status, and
gives off a false impression she is married before the moment of "one
flesh". This misconception, precept, philosophy of man, sets the stage
when they reach the words of Jesus "one flesh". They perceive them as
an afterthought, stating as if only the obvious comes mutual consented
sexual intercourse, not realizing the terminology "one flesh" is in
spirit (mental disposition) within Jesus, where the moment of marriage
occurs, shown by implications in Genesis’ examples, particularly in
Moses’ law, and supported by all the evidence in the bible. Without
giving this the proper attention, they then go on to reading, Jesus
stating the phrase a second time "one flesh" and because of their lack
of giving the full attention to the meaning to the phrase "one flesh"
the first time said, they again give it little weight to the second
time it’s said; "one flesh" means now as one person, same person seen
by God, and this sets in motion the command, decree, golden law "let
not man separate" that enforces the marriage not to separate.
-
To
better understand what transpired 2000 years since Jesus and the
Apostle’s words were said and written down, it is written in the New
Testament that Jesus, since he lives forever, eternal, is called and
sits as the perfect high priest forever at the right hand of God. It is
written in the New Testament, all believers are a royal priesthood,
offering up daily right acts, as their sacrifices. The only central
authority is in Jesus Christ, as the perfect high priest forever and
his appointed Apostles. Their actions and words, recorded in the New
Testament, reflected upon, are to solely and only submit by all
believers who are referred to in the New Testament as a royal
priesthood (spiritual not literal), all called believers, called
Saints. The highest authority on earth, being the Elders (overseers of
the congregation). Accordingly, they meet the high standards left to
them in the Apostle Paul's writings. Elected by the congregation they
were in, not elected by multiple congregations.
-
A corrupt apostasy had
formed
through the Roman government, who for their benefit latch onto, in 312
AD, an unauthorized, non Biblical centralization of authority, a
religious literal one man ruler, a sect, and set it up as a state
religion. This sect had an imperfect literal high priest in the Pope
and literal priests as a literal priesthood. They set up, without Jesus
and His apostle’s authorization found in scripture, (except a vague
statement,) Jesus calling Peter's confession as ‘the Rock’. "Jesus is
the Christ", is ‘the Rock’ that the church is built upon, not Peter.
Even though Peter had a central leadership role, there is absolutely
nothing written, commanded, or charge of succession, as if a king). It
conveniently mimics the heathen kings, the kings of the Old Testament
that God warned them not to have. A religious literal priesthood, which
put power in one man, a few men, (not authorized in the New Testament
to create a literal high priest or literal priesthood). This Roman
Catholic literal high priest, priesthood, promoted by the state,
persecuted and forced the others, calling themselves the church, being
independent congregations, to go underground, (hidden) for centuries.
-
This Roman Catholic high
priest (Pope), priesthood, latched onto calling one flesh when occurred
unknowing to others, a sin, fornication (without any biblical support),
which conveniently disowned all obligation to the woman, which
conveniently allowed them to hoard wealth. Contrary to the decree, of
the golden command "let not man separate". They made laws that their
literal priest must be present at a ceremony for the marriage to be
recognized.
In
1403 the Bishop of Magdeburg threatened to excommunicate those who
married without clergy in attendance.
Council
of Trent in 1563 officially required that Catholic marriages be
presided over by a priest.
The
Pharisees pose another question to him, why then Moses allowed them
to give a written certificate to put away?
Matt
19:7 (KJV) They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a
writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
Jesus
transcends Moses’ law on putting away, by saying, from the
beginning (Genesis, creation) it was not so.
Matt
19:8 (KJV) He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your
hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it
was not so.
-
from the beginning it was
not
so (Jesus returns the original order from the beginning, Genesis,
creation)
-
Paul wrote about the
remnant
in the book of Romans. It can be gathered, Jesus in his spirit, viewed
Moses had written the particular law allowing the more numerous hard
hearted Israelites, in putting away, to protect the remnant (smaller
surviving faithful group, believers in Israel). Moses had to give way
to the more numerous hard hearted Israelites, lest they remove Moses
from power, leaving the remnant (smaller surviving faithful group,
believers in Israel) at the mercy of hard hearted Israelites.
Adultery
Indirect and Direct
Matt
19:9 (KJV) But I say to you, who ever puts away his woman not for
fornication, and (word sense, usage as if the word or)
marries another, commits adultery.”
Matt
19:9 is the most important verse of marriage in the bible, there are
a number of things to consider and analyze very carefully.
-
In the original Greek,
verse
19:9 begins with the word "but". It is significant that it shows a
continued answer from Matt 19:8 into verse Matt 19:9 that they are
connected. This may seem at first trivial, but this shows Jesus’ answer
not only connects the two verses, but most importantly also this shows
connection to his statement said much earlier with his disciples, in
Matt 5:31-32, where Jesus also began with concerning Moses’ law in
putting away, and uses the word "but", then states the man's guilt of
causing sin, and the other two individuals committing the sin. Matt
19:8-9 is as a follow up answer, as if you can over lay Matt 5:31-32
with Matt 19:8-9, but having an additional basis, line of thought,
concerning the man that causes the sin.
-
Jesus will now pronounce
further judgment in the one action of putting away not for fornication,
an additional guilt of sin, that he commits adultery.
-
To find this out, we must
observe an additional basis, line of thought. Jesus states in Matt
19:6, the man is as connected to his wife as one flesh, as the same
body, same person. On the basis of one flesh, as one body, same person,
the man can be found guilty on additional grounds, besides causing sin
in his woman. The sin in his woman’s body becomes his, seeing his body
is stated as one flesh, with her body, he commits adultery (be it
indirectly), and is how he and his woman are viewed by God, as the same
body since the first moment of mutual consented sexual intercourse.
-
Put
away
not for fornication, commits indirect adultery (found guilty on
additional grounds, besides causing sin in his woman, the sin in his
woman’s body becomes his).
-
Marries another, commits
direct adultery.
-
Matt 19:9 shows evidence
of
another connection with Matt 5:31-32 as both have the same phraseology
"Whoever puts away his woman .......... for fornication". In the midst
of the phraseology, Matt 5 has the words "apart from the matter" (in
original Greek), and in the midst of the phraseology in Matt 19:9 it
has the single word "not" (in original Greek). The reason for the
slight change is to further reveal the spirit (mental disposition)
intent behind the words.
-
The word "not" (in
original
Greek), was always rendered as "not", never the word "except". The King
James Version of the Bible in 1611, had mistranslated the word “not”
into the word “except”. You will find the correct translation "not" in
the Darby Bible and Greek Interlinear Bible by Alfred Marshall.
-
I had hoped for some
years
someone would come along and write a more in-depth study on the
changing of the word "Not" to "Except". I first came across the oddity
about ten years ago, from the Greek interlinear and a book written in
the 1960's. If I'm not mistaken, that book noted the oddity, and I
wondered why the change from original Greek, but gave no answer.
Recently I came across an article written by Leslie McFall. This
confirms my observations I had of the verse Matt 19:9. As to his other
understanding on when marriage occurs, I hope he may come around to
the view point presented in this article, observations of additional
evidences.
-
He wrote:
"
in the case of Matthew 19:9 (KJV), where a scribe in the 15th century
added to his copy of the Greek text the small Greek word EI (‘if’)
before the negative MH (‘not’) to change the text to read
‘except’ (because in Greek EI placed before MH becomes ‘except’).
Who was the first to add EI to the inspired Word of God? We do not
know who did it, but the earliest Greek manuscript to contain the
addition does not date earlier than a thousand years after Christ.
How did it get into the Reformers’ bibles? This we do know. It was
through Desiderius Erasmus (1466-1536), the Dutch humanist. He was
brought up in the Catholic Church but like the Reformers, he became
disillusioned with the Catholic Church’s teaching on a number of
issues, one of which was their insistence that Jesus did not permit
divorce or remarriage. Erasmus was extremely angry at the dogmatic
stance of the church over this teaching. He believed that divorce was
justified in the case of adultery, so when he came to produce the
first published edition of the Greek New Testament, he deliberately
added EI before MH in Matthew 19:9 (KJV) to allow divorce for
adultery despite the fact that the three manuscripts which he used
did not contain it. "
-
Matt 19:9 (KJV) This is
speaking solely for men concerning Moses law, in putting away their
woman, concerning putting away not for fornication, again putting light
upon woman's dire plight in Jesus' time. Many have not recognized this
fact, and in their misconceiving the spirit (mental disposition) in
error, have additionally erred, and applied their misconceiving to
woman putting away her man. Being men, they weren't generally in dire
plight if put away, so Matt 19:9 (KJV) isn't applicable when woman put
away.
-
Jesus, in the very same
chapter used the word “and”, usage as if the word “or”, describing a
list of how men became eunuchs. Jesus spoke of eunuchs, did not
describe a case (time sequence actions immediately connected to each
other).
-
Jesus’ intent in Matt
19:9
(KJV) said the word "and", usage as if the word "or" then Jesus had
stated first causes, and (or) an action taken, either cause or action
by itself, commits adultery. An example below using the word "and" with
the usage, intent of the word "or".
Matt
19:12 (KJV) For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their
mother's womb: and
(usage as if the word or)
there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and
(usage
as if the word or)
there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom
of heaven's sake.
Jesus'
spirit (mental disposition) basis, line of thought, if only put away
his wife not for fornication, besides causing, he commits indirect
adultery through her body.
-
Matt
5:31-32 (KJV) Jesus stated a husband when he puts away his woman apart
for fornication, causes her to commit adultery.
-
Matt
19:6 (KJV) Jesus states that a husband and wife are seen by God as one
flesh (one body, one person, same person).
-
Matt 19:9 (KJV) Jesus’
conclusion, spirit (mental disposition), line of thought, would lead
to, in addition to causing adultery in his wife, additional judgment
with him committing adultery (be it indirectly), being he is as one
flesh (one body, one person, same person), through his wife's body.
-
The
spirit (mental disposition) "one flesh" as one body, same person, two
thousand years ago would be more apparent, understood, because the
people recognized marriage began at one flesh (mutual consenting sexual
intercourse), which would allow more readily the people 2,000 years
ago, consequently, to perceive the concept of indirect adultery. A
husband not only the cause, but guilty, indirectly commits adultery,
even though the action of committing adultery in his wife's body.
-
Contrary to today, as if
fixated on the minds of men and woman, marriage beginnings at a
ceremony, vow, oath, a covenant (not one of these supported in the
bible), will have a much harder time perceiving the concept of indirect
adultery.
Matt
19:10 (ASV) The disciples say unto him, If the case (correct word
cause in original Greek) of the man is so with his wife, it is not
expedient to marry (another).
The disciples who heard
the
earlier statements of Jesus in
Matt 5, and this current discourse in Matt 19, will confirm the true
spirit (mental disposition, intent) behind Jesus' words. They will
ask the question, perceiving the cause of fornication is all that's
left allowed on the table, where, as to marry (another) commits
adultery is totally off the table. Whereas under the old covenant, to
marry (another) was not forbidden, they could even have multiple
wives (polygamy, still being married to all at the same time as long
as they weren't someone else's wife). Jesus now commands, marries
another, commits adultery.
-
The
word
"case" is in the KJV, ASV, but in the Greek interlinear by Alfred
Marshall the word is "cause". Actually in the original Greek it is the
word "cause", not case. Additional evidence is Jesus and the apostles
perceived the causes, not a case, a timed sequence of actions
immediately connected to each other.
-
As
discussions progress, man shortens phrases, using less words, so not to
sound repetitive, and various other reasons. It's understood to the
other person spoken too, by the immediate previous details that were
said. Someone overhears the conversation, unknown to the two, because
of the missing words or shortened phrases, perceives the wrong spirit
(mental disposition, intent) behind the words. The person who
misconceives starts doing things according to their miss preconception.
-
The apostles only said
one
word, “cause”. This shows they shorten a phrase, and said the word
“marry” can be seen as also a shortened phrase. These words "cause and
marry" signify the words by Jesus “put away for fornication” and “marry
another”.
-
The apostle’s conclusion
when
using the only cause (put away for fornication) left available on the
table, it is expedient not to marry (another), it's a forbidden action,
it would commit adultery.
Cut
Off an Imaginary Extension of the Male Anatomy in Your Heart
Matt
19:11-12 (KJV) But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this
saying, save they to whom it is given. 12.) For there are some
eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are
some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs,
which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake.
He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.
Jesus
explains by using the spiritual (mental disposition) principle
detachment; pluck out your imaginary eye, cut off your imaginary hand
to your heart from Matt 5:29 and connects it to Matt 19:12, to cut
off an imaginary extension of the male anatomy in your heart, being
as a eunuch within your heart, so the entertainment, logic, desire
will not be manifested in actual sin.
-
In
conclusion, Jesus’ spirit (mental disposition) teaches when a man puts
away a woman for the cause of fornication, it is expedient (profitable)
to be a spiritual eunuch, mental detachment of the imaginary extension
of the male anatomy in your heart, to empower, keep from marring
another, committing adultery, be cast into hell.
-
Is done for the sake of
the
kingdom of heaven (the church, it's teachings for harmony and peace
between your brother, neighbor), in spiritual form (mental disposition,
particular thinking, mind makeup), being revealed to them.
The
disciples had used the signature word “expedient” in Matt 19:10
and show another connection with Jesus' earlier discussion in Mat
5:27-30 where the word “expedient” was also used. Jesus had
earlier stated to his disciples in Matt 5:27-30 that it is profitable
(same word in Greek use in Matt 19, for the word expedient), to pluck
out your eye, and cut off your hand spiritually (mental deposition).
Meaning you cut off your logic, an imagery eye viewing or imagery
hand touching the entertainment, logic, of adultery in your heart,
than to reach the final step, the desire being manifested in
committing actual adultery, and be cast into hell.
Matthew
5:27-30 (KJV) Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time,
Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28.) But I say unto you, That
whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed
adultery with her already in his heart. 29.) And if thy right eye
offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable
(same word use in Greek for expedient)
for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy
whole body should be cast into hell. 30.) And if thy right hand
offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable
(same word use in Greek for expedient)
for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy
whole body should be cast into hell.
Studying
the meaning of the word heart by Jesus, Jesus had earlier said your
heart is where your treasure is, and also says from your heart comes
evil ways, comes sin. James explains how lust (thinking on the act of
sin in the heart) when lust conceives, it bringeth forth and
manifests in actual sin.
Matt
6:21 (ASV) for where thy treasure is, there will thy heart be also.
Matt
15:18-20 (ASV) But the things which proceed out of the mouth come
forth out of the heart; and they defile the man. 19.) For out of the
heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications,
thefts, false witness, railings: 20.) these are the things which
defile the man;
James
1:13-15 (KJV) Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God:
for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
14.) But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust,
and enticed. 15.) Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth
sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Mark
10
Mark
10:10-12 And in the house again the disciples about this questioned
him. 11.) And he says to them: Whosoever dismisses the wife of him
and marries another, commits adultery with her; 12.) and if she
having dismissed the husband of her marries another, she commits
adultery. (Greek interlinear Alfred Marshall)
Mark
10:10-12 has something additional not found in Matt 19. The disciples
ask of Jesus again in the house of the matter.
-
Jesus here describes two
sets
of situations, which are now time sequence events. Jesus adds
additional words in the sentence structure, in original Greek, to show
they are situations.
Jesus
in Mark 10 shows a continual testimony of these events, and recorded
the repeating of the words, phrase, "one flesh". Mark does
not record Jesus' earlier discussion in Matt 5, 'whoever puts away
his wife apart from the matter of fornication". Interestedly
Mark also does not record Matt 19:9’s similar phraseology, "whoever
puts away his woman not
for fornication", nor is it recorded in Luke or John.
-
Since these two
statements are
so connected, without Mark recording the first discussion in Matt
5:31-32, the second discussion part in Matt 19:9, being related, if it
was recorded only, couldn't be understood, so Mark left the part out in
Mark 10.
Conclusion
-
I'm
compelled by the evidence, the earlier statements of Jesus, the use of
the term "one flesh", twice, having two meanings, the proper translated
words, the various word usage used by Jesus, his apostles response, and
finally Mark leaving items out, as to show they are connected, brings
me to the conclusion, Jesus’ stated causes not for fornication, and
(or) the action "marries another", either by themselves, alone, commits
adultery, be it indirectly or direct.
-
There is no direct
statement
by Jesus or his apostles to command, to permit, to marry another.
These
are the facts.
The
words by Jesus " Not let man separate", or it's written "let not man
separate" will determined, judge men in the last day.
If you partner commits adultery, only then can you live
separate, but can never marry another. You must wait on God, to either
free you by the death of the partner in sin, or that he or she repents
and returns.
As long as an individual stands in a place that continues, promotes the
separation, by marring another, he or she is not in right standing in
front of God.
No words such as love or grace, will change this solid
fact.
The possible hardship of living alone the rest of your
life, is not an excuse to violate the words "not let man separate"
If you can't accept the words of Jesus and live with
another, your condemned, by Jesus' words.
You cannot wish them away, you cannot hope them away.
Jesus words :
John 12:48 He that rejecteth
me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word
that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.49 For I
have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a
commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know
that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore,
even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
Application
for today
One
may ask how does this teaching of Jesus become applicable 2,000 years
later when most woman, if put away for any cause, can provide for
themselves and not be forced in marring another, committing adultery?
The answer I find is yes, certain ages, time periods, social
circumstances can limit the accountability of actions. So the
limitation for only fornication in putting away a wife, particularly
today, wouldn't be as applied. However throughout the bible it's
stated a woman is the weaker vessel, to put a wife in a difficult
task of providing for herself, what happens if in the difficulty she
commits adultery? Would her first husband be guilty of indirect
adultery? Some would say yes and some would say no, I imagine.
Whichever the situation, as seen by God, there still remains God's
decrees, commands through Jesus for husband and wife, if separated
(officially or unofficially), they must remain unmarried or
reconcile. The husband if separated is to be as a spiritual eunuch or
reconcile. This teaching of Jesus particularity concerning remarriage
is for the church, not for civil law. However the more this teaching
becomes accepted, the more it will be applied, at least making it
more difficult to be divorced, remarrying in society by the law of
the land, but never to the extent of being completely forbidden by
the law of the Land. If anything, what the laws of the land should at
least accomplish is strongly nudge people toward rightful actions, in
regards to discouraging remarriage.
Notice
Jesus had pointed, spoke only concerning husbands, men, in Matt 19,
not woman. The length of error to mistakenly think Matt 19:9 is
perceived as sequence of events, and then in error many apply it to
wives who put away. Instead Mat 19:9 is speaking solely to husbands
who put away his woman not for fornication, the ramifications for his
woman in Jesus' day, not being able to provide for herself, she
commits adultery. Matt 19:9, her husband being as permanent one flesh
with her, additionally indirectly commits adultery through her. A man
on the other hand if put way by his woman, could provide for himself,
not having to commit adultery in remarrying. 1 Cor. 7 shows no
restrictions for woman, for some woman could provide for themselves,
but she must remain unmarried or reconcile.
This
has in essence, the first and only statement in the entire bible that
eliminates polygamy for men. You cannot find another statement in the
bible that forbids polygamy. Where the old covenant had allowed
polygamy for men only, but not for women, women were forbidden to
have more than one husband at the same time in the old covenant.
There was no law in the old covenant that forbade a man having two or
more wives at once.
-
The primary forbidden
action
"marrying another", is the only place in the new covenant, and recorded
in the entire bible that forbade having wives (polygamy) at the same
time, committing adultery.

Colossians
2:8 (KJV) Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain
deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world,
and not after Christ.
Philosophy
seeks to remove restraints of religion and its morality. Psychology
seeks to give solutions from a merely short term human observation
and some in religion seek to put non-biblical morality restraints and
traditions on people. These have shunned Moses and Jesus' biblical
reasoning and moral principles pertaining to when the moment a
marriage occurs. This has evolved into perceiving marriages begin at
the moment of a part oath, part vow, which has brought us into an age
where the natural passion, the cleaving of a woman being a virgin and
a man being a virgin, become one flesh (sexual intercourse), having
no certificate or vow, is devalued to the point of merely nothing,
merely sex, that are due to false assumptions of biblical morality,
for the sake of careers, material wealth, and many other non-biblical
morality reasons.
The
government employee promoted philosophy and psychology, and some in
religion have determined by their own self reasoning, void of
evidences in the bible, when a marriage is. They attack and have torn
down Moses and Jesus of Nazareth’s morality, written words, which
witnesses a marriage occurs when people become one flesh (sexual
intercourse), particularly when a woman being a virgin and a man
himself a virgin .
Beginning
hundreds of years ago, some in religion, leaning on their own
understanding, outside of the written words of Moses and Jesus of
Nazareth’s morality, created another moment when a marriage occurs,
at the time of a part oath, part vow, and so called covenant. Then
philosophy, which is a long time enemy of religion and morality from
age to age, becomes a rave, but especially when government employees
promoted philosophy seduced many to remove the restraints of religion
and morality. Then arrives, very late on the scene, compared to
thousands of years, government employee promoted psychology, trying
to fill the vacuum, and recent human behavior groups seducing the
people even more, relabeling human behavior and calling it, words to
the effect of, merely sex, merely nothing. These forces in
combination, along with the more recent invention of contraceptives,
in effect create notions, false assumptions of free love, one night
stands, that there is no marriage when one flesh occurs (sexual
intercourse). We evolved now to laws permitting the killing of the
conceived child, which has transferred the same mentality from merely
sex, merely nothing, too merely a baby, to merely nothing.
This
due to the unconstitutional overwhelming influence, indoctrination by
government employee promoted philosophy and psychology in government
universities. Especially the last forty years, on the electorate
millions of young student men and woman effectually causing a great
sift in elections toward philosophy and psychology causes. It created
a great divide in society, in elections, against the biblical moral
heritage of Moses and Jesus of Nazareth of the people, “by” the
people, in religion and morality. Many youthful woman and men see the
government highly esteeming the pursuit of material wealth, and
government so called experts proclaiming one flesh (sexual
intercourse) as merely sex, merely nothing, and many were persuaded,
convinced by government to leave their first. Many of the conceived
babies were murdered, because of these human behaviors, offered on
the altar of the pursuit of material wealth, calling it merely sex,
merely nothing, free love.
These
so called highly educated woman and men had gone out into the world
and taught and practiced their values of merely sex, merely nothing,
to millions of others. In less economic circumstances it resulted in
even more dire, horrible outcomes. This became a vicious cycle, where
government promoted psychology steps in and has instigated much of
the matter, claiming to be the heroes of the day, offering massive
amounts of government tax dollar solutions, never seeing the root of
the problem themselves.

Thoughts
If you continue to read
my
life history, you will see I had many
struggles, tribulations and doubts along the way. I began reading the
bible at 18, trying to find the answers. I began writing down about
seven years ago, the observations I found, slowly trying to piece
together the evidences, while knowledgeable of other renderings,
interpretations, prevalent among different groups, and seemingly the
non-denominational churches of Christ I attend. As for the
non-denominational churches, I also did some observations. I live in
the north east, having very few Churches of Christ. Where I noticed
they are seemingly influenced by the more liberal social culture here
and would not readily give me a fair reading of the situation
compared to the over 13,000 Churches of Christ spread across the
United States, particularly in the south. My best guess is that the
main body of Churches of Christ will perhaps be more on the side of
the usual understanding, that marriage begins at vows, and committing
adultery frees an innocent partner to marry another. However I hear
of pockets among non-denominational Churches of Christ that would not
stand by these, particularly the latter, not teaching one is free to
marry another. Perhaps there are more than just pockets, being I am
not in the south, I cannot tell for sure. There are individualists
among the congregations that because they may attend a congregation
that teaches the seemingly usual, it doesn’t mean they cannot have
their own understanding and disagree with the congregation they
attend. There are many who married, both being virgins, and never
really carefully considered through scripture, the topic, being they
weren't confronted with such a situation. Then there were some people
on the Churches of Christ single web site, where I seemingly
persuaded them, that they make the necessary changes in their lives
and marriage plans. Some saying if they had this information earlier
in life they would of lived their lives differently. As a side note,
I observed some statistical data a while ago that showed many members
were holding up marriage, in not divorcing as much, as compared to
other types of so called Christian groups. Even so, I do sense that
as time proceeds, the influences of the governments
unconstitutionally promoted psychology based culture, has and will
encroach and evade more upon the Churches of Christ. This is another
reason why I believe this article is perhaps timely, to restore and
to fight off the encroachment, and perhaps the discourses
particularly 1 & 2 and some 3, will become the definitive
reasoning by the evidences in the bible alone, and be the answers to
the two above questions for many peoples, nations. That someday it
will be accepted in more churches and in government to nudge citizens
to apply them to their lives, which would eventually usher in a time
of peace, harmony and tranquility that the world had perhaps never
before witnessed. As for the transition period, I cannot say what
will occur, but perhaps there needs to be some prudent steps made.
For
today June 22, 2010, there is the extreme violence of innocent shed
blood in so called abortion of over 50,000,000 premeditated murdered
babies on the hands of many a citizenry. The end result being from
the beginning of centuries of religious false teaching, marriages
beginning at vows among denominations, even resulting in influencing
independent religious groups, combined with the more recent sixties,
where a predominant factor was governments unconstitutional promoted
psychology, philosophy in the many government universities across the
land, causing much of the growth in the ranks of the so called free
love generation destroying people's lives, both in their daily lives
and literally.
Why
has seemingly God chosen me? Or perhaps the question may be how has
God prepared me? I wonder, perhaps some of the same reasons he chose
and prepared Paul, being he was a Pharisee, where God prepared him in
the intimate knowledge of the Pharisee’s doctrine and reasoning,
which would become his greatest enemy and testimony.
I
attended Catholic schools from around 7 to 14 years old, observed &
noted the manifestations of Catholic families and my Catholic
friends. I attended three public schools, first kindergarten, and
then the public schooling from 9th to12th grade, witnessing seemingly
non religious friends. Then I attended and observed the
nondenominational Churches of Christ for 26 years.
I
hope this brief book describing the bible's teachings when marriage
begins, and its permanence, will help you understand. You may find
the exhaustive discourse III to answer more of your questions,
presented on my website.

Years old, year 2003
About
me, had a lot of questions at eighteen. Deciding in 1984; I should
give the bible my effort, to see if there was truly a God, and if I
can understand Him. If there ever was going to be a time in my life
to totally devote myself, without distractions of family, friends, to
an honest, in-depth search it was then. Deciding to put aside
everything I was ever taught, which wasn't much, except for a lot of
traditions, being raised Catholic. Schooled in three grammar Catholic
schools up to 8th grade, and then two public high schools. I read the
gospels, proverbs, and psalms. I found most interesting proverbs and
parables of Jesus, gave me the will and spirit to realize the search
for wisdom and understanding of God in the bible, was noble and
attainable. Read Jesus' parables one by one, each reading ten or so
times very slowly, trying to discern the smallest principles they
offered. Giving me a spirit (mental disposition) that the bible could
be understood, if by the blessing of God, he will supply me with the
endurance, perseverance, to search the dark sayings of the bible for
answers, truth.
I
began to pray and fast some, losing about forty pounds. I prayed for
the wisdom of King Solomon's proverbs, and the wisdom of Jesus, I saw
King Solomon’s wisdom as a stepping stone to Jesus" wisdom,
very beneficial. I prayed for mercy, God might reveal his ways to me,
which from reading I perceived he didn’t have too. Prayed that God
might have mercy on me, reveal to me, where if any in my area are
there true worshipers, of him gathered.
After
three months of study, trying to build a foundation. Building from
the smallest principles, so I may have the knowledge to discern much
larger deeper principles, dark sayings of wisdom, someday. An elderly
women and middle age woman, came to my front door, and invited me to
the non-denominational church of Christ, in a town some distance
away, which I never heard of the church of Christ in my life till
that day. For I lived in a mostly Catholic northern city.
I
was cautious, I asked some questions of the women, with the knowledge
I learned from my bedroom study. They answered them in a reasonable
way. I ask then for the phone number of the church. I called and ask
some more questions which again they answered reasonable. Soon I went
and visited the church, and studied more with them, and was persuaded
the bible taught believers immersion (water) saves, soon after I was
immersed into Christ for the forgiveness of sins.
I
attended all the churches of Christ in my area, seeking a greater
depth of study from various preachers. I researched the history of
the churches of Christ through the years.
"Usually
the truth in the bible, is hidden behind face value, today's
perception (which most people rather stick by face value, today's
perception) then learning the intent (which is the true Holy Spirit)
of the author words, through a slow sometimes lengthy process of
elimination of all plausible possibilities. Even then I can be wrong
at times, but I keep persevering trying to find the truth as gold."
